		<description>I talk to advisors every day who have this fear, will a Roth&#039;s tax free income be taxed. While I don&#039;t think earnings will be retroactively taxed at some point, I have heard from some circles that an excise tax above a threshold of tax-free earnings could come into play far down the road. That would be tough to swallow.
